It is time to announce the quarterly winner of the *BeBrilliant Awards program. As ever, there has been a strong set of nominees from across the CleanMark community – making the award committee’s job an increasingly difficult one. With CleanMark’s continued North American expansion, both north and south of the border, it is extremely pleasing to see colleagues across each territory displaying a common set of values and a commitment to service excellence that clients can rely on, wherever they are situated.
With that in mind, we’re delighted to bestow this quarter’s award on a crew who have become synonymous with quality work and professionalism.
*BeBrilliant Quarterly Award Winner: Leo Haji, Arman Haji and crew
Please join us in congratulating Leo Haji (left), his father Arman Haji and crew, who work across the Calgary region. The team were enthusiastically nominated by Senior Territory Manager, Valerie Elliott. We’d like to share her nomination as we think it sums up the well-deserved award perfectly:
“I have nominated Leo and his crew several times before, because I am so passionate that they deserve this award, as in my book, they are top of their craft and people I can truly depend on to do a consistently outstanding job.
For over 4 years Leo, Arman and crew have truly made CleanMark shine with our clients due to their craft, quality of work and professionalism. Undertaking strips, scrubs, repairs and anything else I request, they are always on hand and I trust them implicitly to do a fantastic job, every time.
The crew undertake strip and waxes and deep scrubs for all of our major sites in the region, and it is noticed at a store level as the customer service and quality of work provided is exceptional. In short, they earn the stores respect with their work.”
What really brought the crew to the fore this quarter was the receipt of two separate correspondences from clients who also felt compelled to write to the company about the superb service they had received. Here is a snippet from both of the store manager’s emails:
“Just wanted you to know how pleased we all are with the floors today. Your crew did a very good job with the deep scrub and wax. The regional came by the store also and could not believe how good it looked. So please – give out a WOW to the crew that did it.”
“As per our conversation earlier today, I was the one that stayed with the cleaners while they cleaned and waxed our floors. Both men were very professional and pleasant and they did a great job on our burnish burns. Our floors look so much better than they use to. They answered all the questions I had and they were finished sooner than I thought they would. Terrific.”
A well-deserved testament to the crew’s ongoing excellence.
In addition to the respect and admiration of their manager, clients, colleagues and the whole of the CleanMark community, Leo, Arman and the crew will be receiving $100 in recognition of his award. Congratulations to you all.
