It is time to announce the quarterly winners of the *BeBrilliant Awards program. This quarter, the judges focus has been drawn to two very different sites – both renovated and refurbished – that have been launched successfully with the foresight and fortitude of the CleanMark Community. In the first instance, the nomination came via a delighted client. The second was someone singled out as an example of the fantastic achievement made by the whole CleanMark team – at one of the most prestigious launches in the company’s history. With an immense amount of pride and pleasure, we jointly bestow this quarter’s award on two very special individuals.
*BeBrilliant Quarterly Award Winner:
#1. Damaris Dougan
Please join us in congratulating Damaris Dougan who works with her team at the recently launched Carnegie Library Apple Store in Washington, D.C. Pre-launch activity, the launch day itself and the site’s ongoing facility management has taken a momentous amount of hard work and dedication from the CleanMark team – delivering a site that is worthy of the Apple brand and the beautiful Carnegie Library it occupies.
Officially opened at 10:00am on Saturday 11 May, the site was stunningly clean and reflected the prestigious nature of the project. Work on the Carnegie Library Apple Store kicked off two years ago, with Apple spending an estimated $30 million on the breathtaking refurbishment.
It is a great honour to be entrusted with the facility management for such a singular project and Damaris, CleanMark local management and Service Personnel rose to the challenge admirably. Congratulations to Damaris for helping CleanMark deliver such an amazing outcome.

#2. Minoo Teymouri
Please also join us in congratulating Minoo Teymouri who works with her team at the Parkway Honda site in Toronto – who we are proud to say have been a CleanMark client for over 20 years. Minoo was enthusiastically nominated by the dealership’s Sales Operations Manager, Christina Tsoukalas. In her words:
“A few weeks ago, we were at the finish line for the renovations of the dealership and I had asked Minoo to help organize a construction clean. She came in and explained what was needed to be done and how she will do her best to make sure our dealership will look amazing from the showroom to the basement. Even only knowing Minoo for a short time, I knew she was going to do her best. She explained everything in detail and outlined how it was all going to get done.
Minoo and your staff outdid themselves. I came in today and as soon as I walked into the showroom a fresh clean smell came over me. I walked through the showroom and the offices and was genuinely surprised and happy. But my excitement didn’t stop there. The basement stairs and floors looked like they were just installed. WOW! What a great job! I can’t tell you enough what a joy and relief it is to have Minoo here watching over our dealership. She is an amazing woman who will stop at nothing to get the job done. You have an amazing employee in your hands and I just want to acknowledge her today.”
This is high praise indeed from a very satisfied customer. It is very gratifying when a client feels compelled to pass on their thoughts in this way, so a much deserved congratulations to Minoo for her tremendous efforts and commitment to customer service excellence.
As deserved quarterly award winners, Damaris and Minoo have earned the respect and admiration of the management team, clients, colleagues and the whole of the CleanMark community.
