It is time to announce the quarterly winners of the *BeBrilliant Awards program. As ever, there has been a strong set of nominees from across the CleanMark community – making the award committee’s job an extremely difficult one. This quarter we are celebrating teamwork. At CleanMark, we pride ourselves on the strength of the teams our frontline employees create, so it gives us immense pleasure to celebrate a team that epitomises the essence of the CleanMark Community.

In a first for the judging panel, we have decided to award both the nominee and the recipients of the nomination, as we felt the behaviour of the team went beyond individual merit and was attributable to the work ethic and camaraderie they had created collectively.

Christopher Middleton supervises a committed and loyal team in Moncton, New Brunswick who have been together for a number of years and earned a well-deserved reputation for delivering an excellent, consistent service.

Leading from the front, Christopher is the first to praise the people he works alongside, as his nomination testifies:

“My team deserves praise for their efforts, their ever-increasing contribution and always striving to raise the bar to be their best.

With nothing short of thoroughness, excellence, ownership and accountability to themselves and everyone else within the unit. They are always there, setting each other a great example, with the occasional joke. Not only stepping up to the plate, but helping everyone else get there with them.

At CleanMark we are a community;
And my team embodies that sentiment.”

When we looked at the reasons behind the team’s brilliant work ethic it became evident that it was due, in no small measure, to the leadership and commitment shown by Christopher himself. In short, building a great team takes great leadership. The ability to roll up your sleeves if necessary, support your fellow colleagues and create an environment where everyone feels valued. As such, Christopher is a credit to the team he supervises and is the reason why the judging panel thought he deserved the award alongside his teammates.

Recognising Brilliance
In addition to the respect and admiration of the senior management team, clients, colleagues and the whole of
the CleanMark community, Christopher and his team will be receiving well-deserved recognition of their award.

Congratulations to you all.
