The recipient of this month’s *BeBrilliant Award marks an important milestone in CleanMark’s history. October’s award winner will be the first person to be recognized on the homepage of the new CleanMark Rewards Program – launching on 15 November.

Our committee – inspired by the numerous *BeBrilliant Award nominations arriving at head office every month – felt compelled to develop the CleanMark Rewards Program. In short, the new program is great way to reward outstanding contributions across the whole CleanMark Community – for living our values, doing a great job and supporting clients and colleagues.

In future, through the rewards program, more colleagues will be able to recognize their team members and “Share the Shine”.  How brilliant is that!


*BeBrilliant October 2021 Winner:
Alisha Williams

Alisha Williams provides service to the Pittsburgh market across multiple sites. Alisha was enthusiastically nominated by her Area Supervisor, Thomas Bentley who simply can’t speak highly enough of her “outstanding work”. We’d like to share the rest of his correspondence as we think it sums up her well-deserved award perfectly:

“Alisha has been a team member with CleanMark since 2019. During that time she has proven to be an invaluable member of the Pittsburgh team. Put simply, nothing is too much trouble for Alisha. She is always willing to go the extra mile, literally. If I need someone to help at another site, I know that I can count on Alisha to leave her home site and assist at other sites in the market.

Her flexible and adaptable nature brings a positive energy to the workplace, as she always proves to be an excellent, can-do team player.”

Alisha is always ready to roll up her sleeves, and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results at her site in a manner that is both collaborative, respectful and professional. It is no wonder she is held in such high regard.

Thomas continues:

“I would also like to recognize Alisha’s professionalism through the COVID upheaval – there were many changes that needed to be implemented quickly and efficiently. She rose to the challenge and was instrumental in ensuring we provided service excellence in the most challenging of circumstances.”

We’re all very proud of Alisha’s achievements and we could not think of a better person to symbolize why we created the CleanMark Rewards Program.
