CleanMark, a North American facility services company is pleased to announce the promotion of Soula Bougiotis to Vice President Client Experience, North America.

Soula joined CleanMark in 2001. Throughout her tenure, she has proven to be an exceptional, grounded operating executive who is passionately committed to her customers. Her meticulous attention to detail, sound industry knowledge, genuine customer service attitude, and drive to do things right has resonated with a number of clients across North America.

During the last two decades Soula has held a number of different roles at different stages of CleanMark’s growth, both in the field and in project management across Canada and the United States. It is this grassroots to boardroom experience that gives her the whole-project perspective needed to deliver such effective outcomes for clients – skillfully coordinating with clients and CleanMark field management across a number of time zones to ensure consistent and collaborative working.
