CleanMark, a leading North American facility services provider with operations across Canada, and the United States today announced the acquisition of CleanKing Limited and its subsidiaries: Fast Action Services and Globe Integrated Solutions; both well-established facilities services company headquartered in the United Kingdom. The transaction marks CleanMark’s first acquisition in the UK and represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy.
Founded with a focus on delivering high-quality commercial cleaning and integrated facility services, CleanKing has built a strong reputation across the UK for reliability, operational excellence, and customer service. By joining CleanMark, CleanKing will gain access to additional resources, technology platforms, and operational expertise that will enhance its ability to serve clients across the region.
