CleanMark, a North American facility services company is pleased to announce the continued, substantial growth of its new and existing US operation following wins in Wisconsin – a new territory – as well as a major multi-state, multi-year agreement that has further bolstered its existing US footprint.

The expansion continues CleanMark’s long-term US strategy of emulating its Canadian coast to coast coverage realized via organic growth. The recent wins adding over 9.5 million square feet of space under management to CleanMark’s existing portfolio in Florida, Virginia, New York, Alabama and Minnesota, as well as providing a healthy initial presence in Wisconsin.

The wins further strengthen CleanMark’s position as a leading exponent of retail and grocery retail space management.

As part of the expansion, CleanMark will be promoting two key team members who have been instrumental in implementing, maintaining and actively building the CleanMark presence in their respective territories. CleanMark is pleased to announce that John Schadt has been promoted to Regional Director, overseeing Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, Wisconsin and New York. In addition, Andrew Paquin has been promoted to Area Manager, responsible for operations in Wisconsin, Michigan and New York. Finally, Damaris Dougan, Area Supervisor, is now supervising all day to day operations in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area.
